Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and seller

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in the “Jareks Art” online shop. The seller and your contracting party is Marek Ehrenfeuchter, Edith-Stein-Straße 10, 67354 Römerberg, Germany, email: marekefeu@web.de (“we”). Any differing terms of the customer do not apply.

2. Conclusion of contract

The products shown in the shop are not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. You can add products to your cart and enter your details at checkout. Before submitting, you will see all details again and can correct input errors using the back buttons or the input fields. By clicking “Pay now” you submit a binding offer to buy. We confirm receipt of your order immediately by email. The contract is concluded with this order confirmation.

3. Contract language and storage of the contract text

The contract languages are German and English. We store the contract text. You will receive your order details and these terms by email, and you can view and save them on this page at any time.

4. Prices and shipping

All prices are final prices. As a small business under Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), we do not charge or show VAT. Shipping costs depend on size and destination and are shown at checkout before you place your order. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply in individual cases; these are not collected by us.

5. Payment

The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is due immediately when the contract is concluded.

6. Production and delivery

Our art prints are produced by our print partner after you order and shipped directly to you. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within the EU and 3–6 business days to the US after payment is received. We deliver to the countries available at checkout.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid in full.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are in our cancellation policy. You can also withdraw online using “Withdraw from contract”.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. Minor color differences between the screen and the print and the natural texture of the paper are not defects. Please report visible transport damage as soon as possible with a photo to marekefeu@web.de. This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Copyright

All artwork is protected by copyright. Buying a print gives you ownership of the printed copy, not any rights to use or reproduce the artwork.

11. Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the country in which they habitually reside.
