Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier named by you, take possession of the goods. If several goods from one order are delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Marek Ehrenfeuchter, Jareks Art, Edith-Stein-Straße 10, 67354 Römerberg, Germany, email: info@merfs-art.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

You can also withdraw using our online withdrawal function: click “Withdraw from contract” at the bottom of any page, enter your order details and click “Confirm withdrawal”. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email without delay, stating the date and time.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us (Marek Ehrenfeuchter, Edith-Stein-Straße 10, 67354 Römerberg, Germany) without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen days have expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
